PubliCount™ radar sensors can give you exactly and immediately results over people who pass through an entrance (in/out) or a defined crossing point.
In a combination with the PCI Xperio™ DAC portal, the information about people who passes through the sensors and other business related information can be read over the internet for many locations/chains at the time.
PubliCount™ is a stationary radar system which counts three-dimensional all motion within a defined crossing point.
Small radar sensors can be mounted quick and easy at doorways, time areas or special departments. The sensors automatically register the number of people passing in either directions, or the time people are staying in the defined zone.
In contrast to other types of motion detectors (e.g. solutions that use infrared camera, light beam, etc...) PubliCount ™ gives completely accurate counts not dependent on lighting conditions and temperature level to work.
More sensors can be connected together to cover the store entrances in a building, store or in public spaces such as pavements, streets, areas, which are available to the public. We can also measure the public transport as ferry, tram, bus and rail. The new sensors can be mounted above or on the side, so that we are un independent of the physical conditions of the crossing point. The sensors can be mounted behind Roof linings, walls, art materials, etc. (other than metal that reflects the echo), but the effect is reduced.
The sensors send out a radar wave (5 milliwatt, 24 Ghz), which simultaneously receives the reflective wave (echo) of the people moving through the field. We manage the downloading of the data center via telephone, cellular or intranet / internet and then make the information available over the internet through a protected web portal. (PCI Xperio™ DAC)
The sensors measure traffic simultaneously in both directions. Each orientation is counted separately and divided into desired intervals; 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 min. with acknowledged date, time, and any daily comments. We can also measure the retention time within the defined zones, and we can combine the number of people into the zone and stay time. The sensors can work within the temperature range -40 ° C and 75 ° C.
